This video by Brian Cochran of http://www.PhatX.biz is about setting up the Behringer P16-I and P16-M in-ear personal Monitor System to an analog Makie 24-6 or Behringer mixers.  I had a problem setting it up at first and found a method that does work, making the inserts into Direct outs using TRS split cords.
